Everyone’s sense of humor is different, but here are a few suggestions:

  • Watch a movie or TV show that you find humorous
  • Call a friend who usually makes you laugh
  • Find an online site that makes you laugh–for example:

Find the humor in life around you–if you look, it’s easy to spot the absurd!
